Return & Refund Policy

At Olive Patch, each piece is handcrafted from natural olive wood and made to be used and enjoyed every day. Because of the handmade nature of our products, we ask that you please read our return policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and unwashed

  • Items must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear


Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are handcrafted and food-use items, we do not accept returns on:

  • Used or washed items

  • Custom or special orders

  • Items damaged due to improper care

Natural variations in wood grain, color, or texture are not considered defects — they are part of what makes each piece unique.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to make it right.
